Anyone who is struggling due to this sudden decline in the max guest no from 200 to 50? How are you guys managing with the change on such a short notice ?

Ya! Even one of my family friends had to re-plan their son's wedding guest list and inform the guests about the changes they had to make! It was embarrassing but the good part was everyone was really supportive and understanding!
