I am so disappointed, I am a vegan and so is my fiance but his family wants to keep Non-vegetarian food at our wedding for the guests. What should we do?

Well actually, it’ll be really disappointing if you guys wont have it! The people who loves non veg would be expecting it and then will feel not so good about it not being there!
