Check Four Points By Sheraton. I really like their garden area. And it is perfect for a small gathering of 200 or odd people

You should check out The Woods once. It is located near Greenwood City, Sector 46. Wait, I'll show you a snippet also.

I am really fond of their poolside & I think this place can easily accommodate 250-300 people
