Hello !
I have a genuine questions- I reside in Dubai and have my family home back in Mumbai. I wanted to go Delhi for my wedding shopping as the collection is better and cheaper but considering costs for hotel,transport,food,unknown location etc, I guess Mumbai works the best.

Is this a wise decision ? Could you suggest shops where I can get outfits on reasonable rates?
