Chaat options for intimate wedding

Earlier when wedding used to happen with 500-600 guests then the counter used to be very huge with 10-15 chaats items. Now that I’m planning an intimate wedding with 60-80 guests, I’m very confused what all to add in catering. Can you people suggest top 3 Indian chaat options

I think Pani Puri, Dahi bhalla and Aloo chaat are good options and most of the people enjoy all these
