What's the right sequence of applying them. In some videos and articles, people say C before F. While others say the opposite

    Agreed! But there are times when you have to put on makeup! Like some special occasions! Marriages, imp events etc!

    Put some concealer under the eyes first(because that's where its needed the most) and then top it up with the foundation. Conceal the areas again where ever you feel is required like on acne marks or anything
