Day wedding in Chandigarh

Hi! We are a couple planning a wedding in Chandigarh in october 2023. We are gonna have a day wedding and a reception party in the evening. The day before we are gonna have a shagun in the evening and thinking of a way to do the haldi and/or the mehndi, not yet sure if its most practical to do it together or separate. Do u have any experience in chandigarh weddings or have any tips for our planning? We have looked at places around Chandigarh, Panchkula and Zirakpur, and have liked locations such as Hermitage resort, Roche, Apple Resorts for our day wedding. We are open for all help and suggestions you got.
