Does mother and sister’s hand count as guest mehendi?

I know that bridal mehendi cost is totally different and my relatives will count under guest mehendi price. I wanted to know does bride’s mother and sister’s hand count as guest mehendi or the charges are different for that? They will not need very heavy mehendi design but it will different from the guest ones. Can anyone help me with this?

Even I had the same doubt earlier. My mehndi artist told me that the mehendi cost changes as per designs. You can confirm this with your artist once, each artist works differently.
