Does red lipstick look good on dark skin?

I was always very shy to put red lipstick as a lot of people say that it doesn’t suit on dark skin. I’m wearing a kanchipuram saree on my big day and my makeup artist have recommended me a red lipstick with the look. I’m not sure if it will look good. What are your thoughts? Would red go well with my dark tone?

I totally agree with you! But yes it also depends upon the choice if the person likes it good if not, then let it go. Also, red will look super bit maroon shade will outshine your saree look to the fullest 😍

Dark tones can wear any lip colour they want. Don't let these negative thoughts enter your head. Red looks beautiful on darker skin tones. I think you should definitely go for it 🤗🧡
