Gold jewellery or polki designer jewellery with Peach lehenga?

My mother in law wants me to wear pure gold jewellery on the wedding but it won't go with the peach lehenga right!?? I wish to wear Polkis which I think will look good. What would u guys do if you were in my place? How'd u convince her?

Polkis will look much better! But even if you plan to wear gold.. let it be rustic gold instead of shiny gold jewellery
