After how many months one should go for a hair spa?

    High five on that! I was getting a hair thickening treatment done a couple of months back and was regularly taking seatings! Almost twice a month!

    Spa at home? Really? I kinda find it the most difficult parlour service apart from gel nails to do at home on your own! Rest other things like mani, pedi, clean up etc are still manageable!

    I generally go for one every 3 weeks coz it helps maintain the hair quality. If you are taking a treatment though, it could be more frequent. Like I was getting my winter anti-dandruf one repeated Every 10-12 days for the first 3 sittings.

    You can go once a month for the parlour ones. In between you can just DIY for yourself with some kitchen ingredients.
