I saw Farheen Panjwani wearing one recently- a green coloured plain velvet saree and I really thought its a lovely idea! Just pairing 6 yards of velvet with a contrasting blouse piece of your choice!

I have never tried wearing a plain velvet saree but it a sure it will look good !
