How can i plan both my Haldi & Mehendi together?

Hello, I am planning to combine both my haldi function & mehendi function together in a Morning-Evening setup i.e. 10 AM to 5PM.
I saw on Instagram that some couples have started combining these two functions. I need help to understand how do they combine? Do thet change their clothes after haldi? How do they divide the timings? Does their guests also change thier clothes? Please note this will be a non-destination wedding setup & there will be no fooms for the guests.
