4-5 outfits could include.. 1 Indian outfit; 1 Gown and Suit; 1 Cool regular jeans or shorts n top kinda outfit; 1 floral long maxi dress sort of outfit and 1 Black LBD hot-shot dress etc!

If you are planning the shoot for just day I think making the most of just 2-3 outfits will be perfect for you! If its spread out on two days then 4-5 outfits! That is more than sufficient I think!
