What is the starting price for good bridal makeup? I’m not looking for a celebrity artist. I want someone with decent experience. What will be the average cost?

    When I inquired for mine they said starting will be 18-20K. Are you looking for HD Or Airbrush?

    As per my research, a good bridal makeup starts from 12-15k onwards.
