  I think a person should switch his/her shampoo every six months.

  I try and do that every six months! Or maybe you can take it as.. that I've still not used that one product that I'm absolutely satisfied with! So I keep switching in hope of finding the best one for myself!

  I’ve heard of this too but I’ve never really stood by it!
