Planning a new restaurant is exciting, but explaining the vision to investors can be really challenging. Sketches and floor plans just don’t convey the full experience—how the building will look in its surroundings, how the lighting affects the exterior at different times of day, or how the entrance feels. We wanted a way to make the concept tangible before spending a single dollar on construction, so everyone could see exactly what we were imagining.
