i have developed an addiction of oiling my hair during this lockdown!!

How do I get rid of it? 😥 My hair suddenly starts craving for oil, especially after shampooing my hair! What do I do now about it?? It cannot be like that! Is there anything who can relate to the issue!??

Sorry for bumping into an old conversation. It's understandable how routines during lockdown can develop into habits. If you feel your hair oiling has become excessive, try gradually reducing the frequency and amount of oil you use. Experiment with alternative hair care products and find a balance that works for you.

Isn’t that a blessing in disguise? Winters are already here and we are afraid of dry and itchy scalp but because of your addiction you’ll have a healthy hair growth! Just try reducing it to twice a month.
