Hi everyone,
I’ve been researching ici service providers and wanted to hear from others who have experience with industrial, commercial, and institutional construction projects.
From what I understand, a reliable ici service provider is responsible for much more than construction alone. Planning, budgeting, scheduling, safety compliance, trade coordination, and quality control all seem to play a major role in delivering successful projects.
For those who have worked on ICI projects, what qualities do you think are most important when selecting a contractor? Do you prioritize industry experience, project management capabilities, communication, safety performance, or the ability to complete projects on time and within budget?
I’m also interested in learning about the biggest challenges that arise during ICI construction and how experienced contractors help prevent delays, cost overruns, and coordination issues.
Any insights, experiences, or recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for sharing your knowledge and advice!
