Ideal Location To Host A Summer Wedding

What would be the ideal wedding venue for a summer wedding? I was thinking of a 3/4 star hotel banquet hall but will the decoration be restricted to only flowers? Also, can we get our own decorator for a hotel banquet hall wedding?
