Hey,
One of my cousins is getting married and was planning to skip the roka ceremony as there are already a lot of other functions. How about if we club this with sangeet?

Combining Roka with sangeet doesn't make much sense. I mean you can club mehndi or sangeet maybe because Roka happens much before then all of the other pre-wedding celebrations
