Is it safe to put hair extensions?

My daughter has never tried hair extensions and she's a little scared to put them on her wedding. Do you brides have any experience with hair extensions? Do they ruin your natural hair?

    I have applied hair extensions a lot of times and they are totally safe.

    Hair extensions are safe and they don't ruin your natural hair. Just make sure that you remove them carefully.
