Marks on the side of nose due to specs

I usually wear specs these days instead of lenses and on the size of my nose, there are marks that are appearing! Can I get rid of them somehow?

    I use computer glasses a lot of time and I had the same problem, but I found out that rubbing lemon and aloe vera gel help in removing the marks.
