Hey Lovely people, I am going to wear a red skin-fit gown for my reception and it's a backless one. I am confused with the type of bra. I want it to be a strapless one but only when it stays intact throughout the ceremony. I am really confused about a comfy brand. Is anyone aware of the same?

I would suggest to ask the designer to attach pads in the gown, there's nothing better than that.
