Hey,
I am planning my wedding day and was thinking if it is okay if the guests bring along a plus one? I know it all depends upon the budget but what if they bring along?

    I have dealt with the same apprehension almost my entire life. The worst part of attending weddings of people who don't know much is you feel so lost at the function. So I'd recommend allowing a plus-one, just so that it makes them feel at ease and have someone to spend time with as the festivities go on.

    Most people look for a plus one so that they do not look like an island in a sea of people. Not many of your guests shall be proactive to converse with many others. A plus one boosts confidence and also sometimes adds to break the ice. Do allow them, please.
