Remedies for thinning hair!

Have you considered a multi-vitamin that's good for your hair? Might help to look into nutrition and healthy diet as well as a medical check in case hair fall/breakage is severe.

It is an ayurvedic hair oil. One has to use it regularly though to see results. I generally apply it at least twice a week and keep it for 1 to 3 hours before I wash it off. But even 15 - 30 mins is good, in case you're time constricted. I'd recommend any authentic ayurvedic company like Kottakkal, Kerala Ayurveda, or Nagarjuna. Hope it helps!!

but my issue is hair thinning, not hair growth! My hair growth is fine just that the hair is growing very thin and unhealthy and thus they break in the middle😥🤷‍♀️

Hey Urvashie! I used the Bhringraj hair thickening spray from forest essentials (hearing that its one of the best in the market) but it didn't do any good to me!
