You can use rice water as a substitute of your hair conditioner! Run through rice water through your hair after washing them!

    Rice water as in the water we boil the rice on or the water we clean the rice in?

    Because the water we boil the rice it gets all sticky and guey! Idk that can be used on the hair like that!
