    Airbnb works really well in Sri Lanka. I stayed in one of the amazing villas offered by HikkaVillas .

    It's about 5 min walk from the beach, so not that expensive but great amenities. But yes, it won't be a resort.

    Also, if you are only going to chill then hop to     Wild Coast Tented Lodge as is the best suited. This location provides you with the best view and amazing services!
