    Also you don’t need to conform to any rules or anyone’s opinions. Its your day and rules are meant to be broken. Try the outfit on yourself and you’ll have your answer Smiley smile also if you’re worried about it looking casual you can always add the bling with accessories

    Hi! It really depends what state/culture you’re from and also on the intricacy of sharara itself. If its a beautiful intricate sharara then why not 🙂
    In my culture, shararas are kind of casual for the bride to be and we rather opt for lehengas/ sarees/ gowns etc. For mehendi they’re okay but I’m also not imagining a very heavy one here .

    Yes, you are absolutely right. I always wanted to wear a sharara at one of my wedding functions. I thought of wearing it at my sagan ceremony. What do you think?

    Do what works for you!! Ive seen a few Sikh and Muslim brides opt for them
    Although I’m personally not a fan of shararas on myself but if you can rock it then by all means do
