    1. Read the venue contract carefully understand the various policies especially post Covid-19 regulations.

    2. Outline a draft Guest List - it would help you in narrowing down your search thus making it more productive and successful in accommodating the guests.

    3. Location of each specific function.

    4. Choose the theme/style for all your events so that you are able to articulate your ideas with the wedding planner and vendors.
