I have seen a lot of brides doing this and I know I am going to be one of them, but I really wanted to know the strong reason behind this! 🙈

    Rice is meant for prosperity in Hindu tradition. And the bride throws this during the vidai ceremony jus to thank her parents on how they have nurtured her throughout and loved her so much! Indeed, it's a really senti ceremony!
