    Oh and also, keep your phone or any other electronic device away from yourself atleast 1 hour before you plan to sleep! The radioactive waves from the phones and laptops makes it difficult for people to sleep!
    So you must try do that to get a good sound sleep!

    You need to tire yourself up all through out the day! And do not, anyhow, take a nap during the day!!

    I used to sleep super super late too girls! But now I anyhow sleep by 1! Like I try that and I feel much better in the morning and even through out the day! My day gets much more productive!

    Notice how even if you sleep from 5am to 1pm , you’ll end up waking up feeling tired and not so amazing! However if you sleep at 12 and get up at 8 or 9am, then see how amazing your body feels and your face also glows😍

    Noooo!! That’s a trap!!! Our body’s digestive system and other systems needs that 12-4 am time! Our body needs to be in complete resting condition for it to work well!!
