Me and my bestfriend are planning to join a gym. But, she has asthma. Is it safe for asthma patients to workout?

    Hey, No it's not a problem at all. The workout won't ruin your breathing habits but yes you can limit your exercise

    It is not dangerous. But, I think she should be precautious. Like always carry her inhaler to the gym
