Best work from home exercise?

Now that gym are closed again, can you guys help me with some home exercises or some tips to stay fit?

    In the beginning, you should choose simple exercises. I suggest you do running, cycling, jumping, planking, and also control your diet. You can just use this simple thing. It's more effective for your health. I used Milpro software. It has a lot of different templates, and I choose the best gym template because I know about fitness and I want everyone to be fit, but I don't have a physical place. So I chose this template and made a proper template. This makes me earn it as well.

    It's easy to work out at home and there is no need to go to the gym. The internet is full of workout videos but you should be attentive and start with easy exercises. Also, try yoga - it's a great way to reduce stress and stay physically active. Thanks to yoga and Xenical from Canada Drugs Direct, I lost 10 kg.
