Are they safe or do they have any harmful side effect.

    I love birth control pills. It was a game changer for me. I went from heavy periods with 8-10 days of “flow,” and horrible cramps and digestive issues, to 5 days of medium flow, manageable cramps, and no more being in the bathroom for hours at a time. They really improved my life. Yes NFP/fertility awareness when practiced correctly will prevent against pregnancy, but lots of us suffer menstrual symptoms that just aren’t compatible with everyday life.

    I don't think they are harmful, but when it's grabbed on a regular basis? It will, definitely!

    They are not that harmful, just ask your Gynaecologist to give you a prescription
