    You can start up by skipping for like just 10 mins! Actually start by doing 50 skips and then increase the number gradually! Per say increase 25 skips per day!

    Also, there are so many benefits of skipping a rope! Some are:

    It burns calories!

    Aids in weight loss!!! (most important)

    Improves heart's health

    Strengthens bone density

    Also improves breathing!

    Keeps you feeling active all day!

    Hey I can totally help you with the motivation part!

    I'll tell you how I skip for 20 mins everyday and it keeps me feeling active and healthy all day long! I eat whatever I wish to without any guilt too! Coz I promise myself to do 50 extra skips for it! And its sorted!
