Planking twice for 1 min each time, will def help you get the result! Try for yourself!

Though it seems easy, it's not too easy to hold the position:p

    That's where the problem lies馃槶馃槶. I can't be consistant. I mean i tend to lose all my motivation aftr a week or so馃槩馃槩

    Muskaan and Kritika, the key is to be consistent! And you'll see your holding skills are improving! 45 seconds will convert into 1 min soon and then you guys can do 2 sets of 1 min each!
