    However, elopement basically means running away! In elopement, couples basically run away and get married without telling anyone specially their parents which isn't the case with a micro-wedding!

    So if you are marrying with approval of your parents and only the closest family, then that is a micro wedding and not an elopement!

    A micro wedding is a proper wedding only but with very little no of guests!

    20 or less maybe! So basically a small scale celebration!
