Fat loss banana smoothie if you workout!

300 calorie drink: 1 banana; 1 scoop vanilla whey protein; 1 cup of almond milk; 1 tbsp vanilla extract; and ice cubes! Blend these all together and the drink is ready! 😊

    What really? Can banana smoothies help in reducing weight? How come?

    I've always heard people eating bananas to gain weight and energy for gymming!
