I don't know much about equipments. I feel too weird to ask around seeking assistance on using some equipments. Does that happen to you guys also? I find it very embarrassing

    Embarrassing about using instruments (in a gym I suppose?)


    You only have 2 ways - be ok with asking for assistance, watch youtube. There are loads of tutorials.
