Change to my night suit, wash my face, apply aloe vera gel, set alarm on my phone, play some slow songs and then finally sleep!

I switch off the lights, switch on my light lamp, put on my cooling eye mask and then doze off!

Might sound weird to some but I wash my face, comb my hair, indulge in a small skincare routine, grease my eyes with a doc recommended eye drop and then sleep I know that's a lot
