From high to low-impact sports bras, there are tons of options that you can choose from today. But it was not until 1975 that they were created by some genius who understood the needs of women.

Such an inspiring read about the invention of the beloved sports bra! Comfort and support are truly game changers in sports. I personally feel the same about how the right gear makes a big difference, whether it’s in the gym or on the court. Omg, sports bras are just the best. I can literally wear them every time as they are so comfortable. I'm sure it would have been really different for sportswomen in the earlier time. Also I feel people are still not very aware of sports bras and its benefits.
