While fitness has become an important part of our daily lives, sports bras are a necessity for women sweating it out on the field or in the gym. From high to low-impact sports bras, there are tons of options that you can choose from today. But it was not until 1975 that they were created by some genius who understood the needs of women.

Can you imagine the plight of sportswomen before that?

Such an inspiring read about the invention of the beloved sports bra! Comfort and support are truly game changers in sports. I personally feel the same about how the right gear makes a big difference, whether it’s in the gym or on the court. For example, when I play Shuttle Sports badminton , having the right outfit and equipment boosts both performance and confidence. Great post!

Sports bra are a blessing! It gives the right support and lift to the chest area while exercising. Just love the idea of how comfortable it is ! 😍

Omg, sports bras are just the best. I can literally wear them every time as they are so comfortable. I'm sure it would have been really different for sportswomen in the earlier time. Also I feel people are still not very aware of sports bras and its benefits.
