Gaining fat specifically on my thighs!

I have been noticing my fat is getting accumulated on my thighs! Idk why and what to do!!!

    Even i agree with you. But, what do you think? Gyms are better than daily walks or vice versa?

    It can be because of the change in daily routine, Maybe because the sitting work has increased as compared to before. I would recommend you to go for daily walks! It will definitely reduce your thigh weight!
