Healthy Breakfast!!

What do you guys have in your healthy breakfast? I have been having fruits but I wish to change my diet plan. Please suggest! Smiley smile

    Yeah I love Coffee as well Smiley love I have been cutting down on coffee though and trying healthier alternatives too. My pleasure Smiley heart

    You know I love having cold coffee, and I don't really know how to get rid of it. Smiley tongue

    Yeah, smoothies are popular for after workouts...You can have smoothies any time though, I'd say. Key is to have a balanced diet with healthy ingredients. A smoothie is a great Breakfast alternative. I add some oats into my smoothies too Smiley winking

    Yes, totally!!! Smiley love I do sneak in some spinach leaves or other greens for some extra nutrition. One can barely taste them in the smoothies! Smiley smile

    I'd add the fruit to a yummy oatmeal or Overnight Oats/Chia pudding, or even a healthy Avo-Toast! There are so many variations. Check these out:

    Having fruits is a really great option. But if you wish to add a slight change in your diet then you can opt for oats. Oats can be salted as well.
