Clicking on any row will expand it or show more information about it (you can also click on the + sign at the top right of any row). At the same time, there is a button which lets you add your own workout plan directly from here too.So far, so good — but what else happens when we click on favorites? To do that we need to go up a level: we need something better than just adding our own plans directly from here and we need something better than just reading other people’s plans either (because they all seem pretty similar). In order to make recommendations easier than just reading these other people’s plans without having to navigate through their websites themselves I decided to use a recommendation engine: I put together something like this:
