How to loose weight quickly?

Yesterday I realised that my wedding is in 4 months and I need to get fit and toned. I wish to loose a few kgs and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Can you people help me with some tips

    Don't eat anything after 6 pm and reduce amount of sweets.

    You can start with some workout and yoga. It's important to motivate yourself first and do some physical activity to charge the body and then slowly you can make changes in your diet.
