    Dude I did it yesterday and subah see my bodys been paining bad!! Specially my things and legs🙈 Wasnt as easy as it seemed!

    I have been doing dis from 3 or 4 months but i wasnt consistent... i wud do for a week n den discontinue n start again. Its been a week i havent worked out. I will start aftr 3 or 4 days😁😁
    Even though i have seen a huge result. I havent measured my arm but my old dress fits me quite well and i can notice a visible difference in my arms

    I'd suggest you to start skipping! with your overall body fat, it will cut down your arm fat as well!

    Try lucy wymdham read's 7 minute arm workout or chloe ting's arm workout... Those 2 workouts really helps alot shredding ua arm fat
