I agree with you, but the car gives us a safety guard whereas bike, has nothing to be safe with. Get my point? Two-wheelers can disbalance anytime whereas a car will never go off way!

See, its nothing like driving a car is less dangerous! It's all about how safely and cautiously one drives! Be it a bike or a car! Either you need to understand or have to make him understand that safety is of utmost priority and that shouldn't be compromised by any means! Buy a bike or a car, but take a promise from him to be extra cautious!
