i really wish to shred some weight from my inner thighs and arms before my D-day🙁

    I guess you can try exercises that work multiple muscles group at a time like lunges , squats for your inner thigh!!

    See tamanna, the key to reducing extra fat or tone your body is working the muscles of that part out! So if you wish to shred fat, then make sure to keep rotating or moving your arms and thighs in a continuous circular motion for atleast 10 mins daily!! That’s what I practice too!

    Hey you can just simply start by drinking hot water. That really does wonders.
