I was reading how using the same pad for longer hours is the cause of cancer in women! Bladder cancer! And here coz we are so many women, I wanted to take in a moment to reimpose this already known fact! I hope you guys take care of yourselves ladies!😊

It is said, that girls should change the pad after every four hours! This keeps the are fresh and clean!
